Self-discharging permanent magnet iron separator is a device for removing iron matter from non-magnetic waste. It is generally
installed at thehead or middle of the belt conveyor to automatically remove magnetic substances from non-magnetic waste.
The permanent magnet generates strong magnetic force to absorb the iron matters mixed in the material and discharge them
on the discharging conveyor to achieve the purpose of automatic removal. It effectively prevents the conveyor belt from
longitudinal scratches, protects the normal operation of subsequent equipment,and reduce the content of iron matter such as
iron wire and iron cans in the subsequent process. Not only saving labour, it can also achieve the effect of resource recycling to reuse.

The working principle:

The working principle is: when the rapid rotation of the magnetic drum in working,  a high frequency alternating
strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the sorting drum. When the conductor passes through the
magnetic field, the  inside eddy current will be generated. The eddy current itself will produce a magnetic field
in the opposite direction of the original magnetic field to achieve the separation from other non-metallic substances
for the purpose of sorting; The main distinguishing criterion is the ratio value of the material conductivity and density,
and the high ratio value is easier to separate than the low ratio of the material.
