Qunfeng brand twin-shaft shredder is designed to be sturdy and durable for the household waste ,urban waste,building waste,bulky waste and so on . It can crush the waste materials with higher efficiency and productivity and low noise. Our shredder has the compact structure ,strong core,hard alloy blades, 40Cr axis with automatic running by the function of hydraulic system and control system.
The shredder machine can easily pre-crush:
- plastic sheets;
- electronic waste;
- aluminum cans;
- metals(lead, aluminum, copper, cable, barrels, sheet scrap, sheet metal pieces left over from production processes);
- plastic(plastic bottles or canisters);
- waste household appliances;
- paper waste (cardboard, newspaper, office paper, books, magazine, kraft paper, paper core, cardboard tube, paper packaging material);
- scrap (components, subassemblies; consumables)
Dual-motor + gear synchronization technology, two shafts rotate in reverse to achieve strong shearing and extrusion crushing, avoiding unbalanced load loss and extending equipment service life.
