The mobile hydraulic unloading truck platform is mainly used for the multi-point unloading fields of bulk trucks.
It is mainly applicable to the grain and oil, food, coal, building materials, chemical, metallurgical, mining, harbour.etc..

Product Features:
1. Combine the hydraulic unloading truck platform with the special semi-trailer chassis;
2. The mobile chassis is equipped with a folding hydraulic ladder and telescopic hydraulic outriggers,
    facilitating the heavy-duty trucks driving on.
3. The equipment can be pulled to the unloading area by a tractor without building a foundation to greatly
    saves the user's cost.
4. It is equipped with a discharging funnel and an electric gate, effectively meeting the users' demands and
    having a wide range of applications.
5. The hydraulic pipelines are connected with the tube inserting, which reduces oil leakage, avoids contamination
     of raw materials and protects the environment.
6. The lifting cylinder adopts imported hydraulic cylinders to realize the synchronized operation through symmetrical
     pipeline arrangement and manual adjustment of the flow control valve.The system has strong anti-pollution ability,
     stable and reliable performance.

Product Features:

The hydraulic unloading platform is composed of mechanical components, a hydraulic system and an electrical control system.
The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump station, an oil tank, an oil temperature gauge, a pressure gauge, a filter,
a hydraulic circuit and control components.
The bottom of the hydraulic unloading platform is an H-shaped steel main beam, and the  double-layer interlaced steel beam
structure in the middle ensures the structural strength of the  platform.
The platform undergoes overall shot blasting, sandblasting and coating treatment to enhance its anti-corrosion performance.
The surface of the platform can be made of wear-resistant checkered steel plates to effectively prevent vehicles from skidding on it.
The hydraulic cylinder adopts a multi-stage telescopic structure, which not only ensures the lifting force but also enhances the
lifting stability and safe operation.
The system is equipped with interlock function in operation steps, manual lowering and safety interlock function to prevent
safety accidents. The electrical control system adopts imported PLC control to ensure system reliability.
